    This allows customers to allocate users by department. This enables reports to be structured accordingly

    This allows the customer to allocate various access levels to their staff

    This allows the customer to set out the programme details by dates which then automates all tasks to relevant parties via e-mail
  • Competency Framework
    Odissy comes with a range of options around competence selection. Customers have choose the National occupational standards or their own in-house competence framework
  • Questionnaire System
    Odissy comes with a very effective questionnaire system and customers can opt for a library of questionnaires or build their own
  • Library
    Odissy has a sophisticated library facility and customers can opt for a prescribed list of documents or purely upload their own
  • Notifications
    This area will allow the company to approve user registrations
  • Dashboard
    This is a very useful real time reporting facility that will help the company to track activity levels throughout the system
  • Reports
    An absolutely unique facility that allows the company to report on the return on investment by employee, programme, department and company
EMPLOYEE AREA
  • R.O.I.
    A user generated report that shows the contribution the emplouee is making to the business. This may be in narrative or monetary form
  • My Programmes
    These are the training programmes the employee is registered to
  • My Calendar
    This lists all the activities that relate to the employee. These can be Goals, Projects, programme dates etc
  • My Development Plan
    This area highlights the key development activities that the employee is working on at the time relating to goals, tasks, projects and results of questionnaires

    This will always be open and lists all tasks and activities scheduled in Odissy

    This is a electronic copy of all documents including programme handouts, reference documents that the employee is using or wishes to store for future reference.
SYSTEM SUPPORT
  • Training
    Training can be provided on site or at our offices in Coventry. We recommend a full day for system administration level users. Other users should be adequately covered by the excellent on line story boards
  • Specialised Support
    Additional training is available if required
  • Helpdesk
    A very helpful telephone support service that operates between 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
  • User Groups
    Odissy will facilitate six monthly user group sessions free of charge at its offices in Coventry
  • Software Updates
    Customers will receive free updates as and when appropriate
