Our world class team development programmes leave nothing to chance. We ensure the content is developed only after a very detailed brief has been obtained. The process often includes some team diagnostics at the beginning with a formal intervention being run shortly afterwards. This is followed by a post diagnostics phase with a short one or two hour reflective learning session scheduled six months after the first workshop.

Programme aims The programme will aim to focus on the team development needs identified via interviews and/or the diagnostic phases. These will vary from one client to the next.  

Programme outline
A range of activities can be chosen. Some examples are as follows:

• Time Line exercise  Exploration of the journey from the past to the present and from the present to the future

• Team Review (Using Apter Profiling if chosen) Using the Team profile to identify the strengths and opportunities for Team Development. If the Apter profiling is not included, the team review will be based on an alternative model.

• Teamscape These are fun team-building activities carefully selected to help meet the programme aims

• Empowering your team A practical session around trust, delegation and developing others

• Action learning sets Team problem solving activities using the groups questioning skills to crystalise problems
  

Return on Investment

We will evaluate the process against Phillips five levels and produce reports summarising the results. This data will be available six months after the workshop(s).

Fees will vary depending on the content, chosen psychometrics, duration, in house or off site and numbers involved. We are confident however that our focus on ROI will mean the fees are ultimately paid for from an increase in revenue or a reduction on costs.
