  We currently work in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute as an Approved Centre.  

We deliver and accredit CMI Leadership and Management qualifications from Team Leading up to Executive level, offering a full range of Management & Leadership and Management Coaching & Mentoring Qualifications.

We are also able to offer Higher Education Awards, working in partnership with Coventry University's employee development arm, ACUA.

We believe that qualifications add value to learning when they are practically based and focus on applying skills, not purely on theory.  We therefore design our assessment processes to reflect this, which encourages the transfer of learning into workplace practice.

In addition to our qualifications we work with our customers to develop a range of short courses designed to improve employee effectiveness.
