A 3-day workshop in evaluation practice

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

• manage two popular and effective evaluation approaches - the Success Case Method and ROI

• choose between more specialised approaches and techniques and the suitability for your organisation

• develop and deliver a concrete process for generating impact through evaluation

This workshop can be combined with the Planning your Evaluation two-day workshop or taken independently.
