Patrick Taggart - Director
MA (HRM) Chartered FCIPD Patrick is the Customer Service Director and has over twenty years experience in financial services, Retail, Distribution and Higher education. He focuses on improving the OD approaches in large organisations including Tata Technologies, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Alliance and Leicester and West Mercia Housing Group. This work has developed a challenging but practical approach that is tailored to the clients particular circumstances. Major successes include helping clients win National Training Awards for Leadership and Coaching skills programmes. This work has been summarised in his recent text 'From the Happy Sheet to the Bottom Line' which has had outstanding reviews from esteemed HRD professionals like Jack Phillips and Peter Honey. It provides an insight to evaluation and reports on eight case studies around Leadership and Coaching programmes and their ROI results. Patrick draws on his Chartered FCIPD and MA HRM qualifications to help organisations improve their L&D strategies including Performance management systems and achieve Investor in People applications. He brings a relaxed and practical approach to the OD and evaluation challenges facing business today and takes great pleasure in helping customers demystify their ROI challenges.

BSc (Hons) MBA PGC(HE) MCMI Gail is Development and Programme Director of GPSVision Ltd. Previously a senior manager in local government, she left the public sector in 1997 to become an independent trainer and part time lecturer at Coventry University in Leadership and Management. Gail specialises in programme development, designing learning interventions and improving the range of development opportunities available for businesses. Gail has a strong feel for people, and is passionate about quality of learning. She particularly enjoys supporting learners to achieve personal and organisational improvement.

Keith Fairhust has spent the past 13 years working strategically to bring business benefits to a wide range of partnerships and public sector agencies. Ellen Pruyne Ed.D, Ed.M, MA Mngt., BSc, BA Ellen is the director of a change consulting firm that provides training and consulting in three key areas: designing effective learning environments and experiences; optimising participant learning and learning transfer; and conducting learning assessments and impact evaluations. She is an associate of Ashridge Business School, where she works with faculty and clients on programme evaluations. She has worked on program design, assessment and evaluation for over twenty years with clients in the for-profit, governmental, and charitable sectors. Clients have included: BAE Systems, DEFRA, the UK Foreign Office, the Harvard Kennedy School, the International Finance Corporation (World Bank), the National Health Service, the National Trust, PLAN International, Save the Children, UNAIDS, UNHCR, UNIFEM, Wachovia Corporation, and several school systems. Ellen has Master's and Doctorate degrees in Education from Harvard University, where she focused on human development and psychology as it relates to leadership development. In addition, she has a master's in business from Northwestern University. She finds the combination of business and psychology training especially helpful in addressing the two levels - individual development and organisational effectiveness - that are germane to the success of any L&OD initiative. She is certified in the Kirkpatrick four-level approach to evaluation as well. |
